I had a great experience here. I came in because my glasses were sitting unevenly due to a slight difference in ear height, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to adjust the frame carefully so that it now sits level and feels much more comfortable. The whole process was quick, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I just returned home after my appointment at Rosin Eyecare. I hadn’t been to an appointment since the pandemic and what compounded my hesitation was a terrible experience at a competitor Tropical Optical.

I was initially impressed by the ease of getting an appointment. This extended to calling to insure my insurance was honored.

But the best part was the appointment. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The next step was Stacia who could not have been any more attentive and friendly. The next step was Doctor Sechi who was extremely professional and more friendly than any other eye doctor I have ever been to. Next the optician Jerrod also didn’t disappoint. He was extremely patient while I chose two pairs of glasses and frames. I did not find the prices exceedingly expensive. Could I have saved a few bucks by ordering glasses online? Sure. But I wouldn’t have had the personalized service that this amazing team provided. Helping them stay in business by getting my glasses from them was more than a fair price to pay. Highly recommended. Dr. Ross is an incredible optometrist. He’s kind and thorough, exactly what I wanted from my provider. Mr. Harold and Ms. Kiana were incredibly kind and helpful when picking glasses, fitting my contacts, and fixing some glasses that were bent out of shape. Dr. Ross was really great, he took the time to explain to me the details of my retina and how vision works at an accessible level. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They've also helped me before adjusting my glasses so they don't slide down my nose. I will definitely be going back next time I need an eye exam or anything else
