Always professional and very courteous. They go above and beyond working with your insurance to find the best value for you. If you find a frame you like, buy an extra set to save for future use or get two pairs if your plan allows.  It is disappointing when a line of frames is discontinued. Had a really great experience ay Rosin Eyecare on Michigan Ave. Kate and Tania were both so friendly and easy to chat with as well as efficient and professional

Dr. Drozd was wonderful as well. She was kind, thorough, and took the time to really understand what was working for me and what wasn't. She made recommendations on my contacts, but I never felt pressured into a change. Instead, it felt like she genuinely wanted to help me find what worked best for me.

I love this location!  They have the best customer service and offer a variety of different frames to choose from.  Scheduling was easy, staff is friendly and helpful.  My exam was thorough and I received my prescription glasses timely.  Thanks to the Star Employee Yasharah Curry who assisted me every step of the way!  Great job to the team in place at this location!!  I highly recommend!
