From the ladies at the front desk, the optometrist asst, the optometrist and Briana that helped me shopped for my glasses!! Super nice and friendly staff! I am legacy a SVS Vision client and I will say the only issue o had here was they would NOT allow me to return to get my 2nd pair of glasses at 40% off within 30 days!! Glasses are expensive and I just couldn't afford spending 1k in 1 purchase..  SVS gives 90days to purchase the 2nd pair at the discounted rate!

Dr. Vicki Gasca is fantastic, a great balance of skill and considerate care.  The front line staff are always friendly and thorough for my needs at the time and I've consistently seen this interaction with others.  It's apparent that long time, knowledgeable staffers like Dave love what they do.

Most recently I felt the kindness from Chris (Asst Manager) when I ran in just before closing time.  He was wonderful, taking the time to answer all my questions and with Isabel smiling in agreement nearby. I appreciate the attention and good vibes that get shared at every visit.
