Appreciate the patient care we received from everyone involved throughout the whole process, from the staff that checks you in, the Doctor for the exam, and post exam help with glasses and contacts. I felt heard by the Dr, my questions and concerns were answered with care, was given a choice and a voice in what my options were (glasses vs contacts, optional additional imaging, and dilation), and got a clear explanation of my insurance covered benefit options and up front pricing of my copays and add ons. Was also in and out within an hour so was able to pop in during the day, which helped with my work schedule. The manager, I believe her name was Gaby, educated me on how the process would work and the steps to getting the procedure done.
