They go above and beyond in making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Isabella is outstanding and anytime I had an issue she would get things resolved immediately without hesitation. Daisy and Joe are extremely friendly, competent and helpful. Overall, walking into this facility to get an eye examination or choosing the right eyeglasses is made simple and fun in that the staff also have a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. William. He was extremely kind, patient and attentive throughout the entire visit. My daughter absolutely loved the whole process and felt very comfortable from start to finish.
He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood each step of the exam. He performed all the necessary tests to determine whether my daughter needed glasses after not passing her school vision screening and he was thorough and reassuring.
From the moment you walk in until you leave the environment feels welcoming and friendly. You can truly tell he has experience and cares about his patients. We are very pleased with our visit and would highly recommend him.
