She was very nervous but Emily was very welcoming. She made my daughter feel less anxious and more excited. Dr. Patel was very patient and tried to explain every step to my daughter so that she’d feel comfortable. Emily helped my daughter pick out the cutest pair of pink glasses, which make my girl feel confident and pretty. I also had an eye exam with Dr Patel and I just love how informative he is. He really cares about the health of my eyes which made me feel confident in my decision to change eye doctors. Emily made me feel comfortable right away and she made sure everything went smoothly for my visit. I will continue to sing their praises and recommend this office to everyone I know! Dr. Heimlich was very thorough in explaining my eye test results, listened to my questions and concerns, and genuinely cared about my eye health. He offered some great, practical tips to take my daily eye health routine to the next level, and I'm incorporating them into my routine moving forward. He's also hilarious!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called in the morning and was seen in early afternoon for a problem with my left eye.  After a a good evaluation I was diagnosed with an infected gland in my lower lid.  The pus was expressed manually.  I was put on oral antibiotics and given clear instructions by the MD as to how to treat my eye with hot compresses, massage and eye scrubs.  My eye is improving already, less swelling, redness and pain/itch within 24 hours.  Not completely healed but feels much better already!  Thank you Dr. Heimlich!
