They explain everything well and answer my questions. many decades. Staff is always professional and helpful. My exams are always thorough and the optometrist explains things very well. The optician who fitted me was very helpful in finding my new frames and patiently resubmitted my payment when I  forgot to give her the coupon I had. I will continue to go to the Downers Grove location, they are terrific.
