UPDATE: The team at Rosin helped me solve an incredibly urgent prescription matter. This was a phenomenal accomplishment and it was amazing that the staff at the Northbrook AND Evanston offices took full care of us.  Amazing!

I have been going to Rosin for years for eye exams and glasses at the Northbrook location, I highly recommend Rosin for professional care, the helpful staff and the variety of frames. Last December I had an eye exam with Dr. J for the first time and she is excellent! She works at both the Northbrook and Glenview locations.

I walked into a well lit beautifully decorated environment with historical images on the wall that illustrated the story of the Rosin Eyecare legacy; as well as, plaques and statues of awards they have received throughout the years.

I got there a little earlier than my appointment time, and I am immediately greeted by an amazing front desk assistant who had already confirmed that my documents were filled out online prior to my appointment--saving everyone time.

The medical professional who assisted me before my exam showed me the tiny farmhouse at the end of the fence without the puff of air which was relieving.

My care provider, Dr. Silverstein, was professional, knowledgable, and treated me like a living being and not a number. She was patient with me and even waited with me while I deliberated when she asked if I had any questions at the end of our time together.

Shawn sat with me and helped me with selecting my frames. I wasn't pressured to pay hundreds for lens add-ons. I was shown many different options with no pressure to purchase designer frames. I chose my glasses quickly (because I know what I like).

All of my documents were packaged with care and I was out just in time for my ride that had just arrived.

All tens across the board. They all worked well together as a team allowing each member to shine in their respective areas.

Clean, peaceful, and stylish environment ran by professionals who know their stuff.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Large selection to choose from and the assistance was great.  Bought 2 pairs of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses.  All were ready within 2 weeks.  The customer service has been great. I only give 4 stars because one pair of frames needs to be adjusted or replaced. I think the frames should be replaced.  We shall see how this is resolved.  Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
