My husband and I recently visited Rosin Eyecare Woodstock and were very pleased. All of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was nice and the options for glasses and sunglasses were plentiful. As a bonus, I really appreciated the humor, including the pictured sign. My experience over the years has been nothing but the best. The care understanding and service is top notch. Dr. Krall is compassionate caring and has a wonderful personality. Dr. Krall was very good, very down to earth and he knows what he’s talking about. I truly enjoyed his personality during my appointment, he was engaging and LISTENED to what I had to say or ask. And when I say listened, he stopped what he was doing and turned and looked at me to listen, not multitask like so many other places I have been. It was refreshing to have that. I’ve been in glasses for more than 30 years and I am very picky about my eyes and who examines them. I would come back here again. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable when picking out frames etc as well. I recommend this place 100%.
